- Create new slot Game Design Document (themes, mechanics, features, trends)
- Analyze market trends and competitors to define product direction
- Own and improve our Promo Module together with tech & product teams
- Manage and coordinate artists, Spine animators, sound designers, math designers, developers, and localization teams
- Ensure game vision, quality, and deadlines across full production
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years as a Game Designer/Game Producer/Product Manager/Product Owner in iGaming
- Strong experience creating GDD's from scratch
- Understanding of slot mechanics, math models, and player engagement psychology
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams (art, animation, math, sound, dev, localization)
- Experience driving product strategy and market decisions
