- Full-Stack Development: Write clean, maintainable, and robust code across the entire stack (React/Node/TypeScript).
- Architectural Leadership: Own the technical roadmap, make key infrastructure decisions, and ensure the platform scales smoothly.
- Feature Ownership: Ship the remaining 30% of core functionality and continuously improve existing integrations (payments, communication logs, automated document signing).
- Team Growth & Mentorship: Oversee the work of current contractors and help shape the engineering culture as we scale the team.
- Product-Mindset Engineering: Work closely with the founder to translate business needs into flawless technical solutions for the aviation training industry.
