Full-stack Engineer and Business Analyst

Що робити

  • Elicit, challenge, and formalize functional requirements, ensuring each use case is grounded in clear customer value and business impact
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data flows, and system dependency mappings
  • Design end-to-end conversational flows across voice, chat, and email channels, aligned with brand tone and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with the Product Owner, engineering, data, and business teams to refine the backlog and support release planning
  • Map dependencies across the architecture stack, including CRM, CTI, case management, knowledge base, commerce, and adjacent systems

Що очікуємо

  • consumer-facing GenAI chatbot within a global ecosystem. You will translate consumer needs
  • into structured functional requirements that enable intelligent, measurable, and compliant
  • solutions in a regulated industry, while contributing to the design and development of a SaaS
  • product from scratch. This role is offered on a contractor basis.
