• Build AI agents and LLM-powered workflows for customer service, sales, operations, e-commerce, and internal automation
• Create tool/function calling flows that connect AI systems to business logic, APIs, and databases
• Build RAG and structured-output workflows for retrieving, validating, and formatting business information
• Develop voice AI workflow logic for call handling, routing, scheduling, order intake, support, and outbound call use cases
• Work on Shopify and e-commerce automation features for product enrichment, SEO fields, tags, variants, collections, images, and publishing
