- As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging directly with business stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities and translate them into clear engineering requirements;
- Designing, building, and deploying AI agents and automated workflows using our internal agent framework, writing production-quality Python throughout;
- Owning the full delivery lifecycle of each initiative scoping, development, testing, deployment, and handover to business users;
- Instrumenting agents for observability and building test harnesses that validate behaviour before and after deployment, with explicit failure modes and graceful degradation;
Що очікуємо
- We’re looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer who has:
- 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience (we’ll consider exceptional candidates below this band);
- Production-grade Python proficiency — clean, testable, maintainable code, with ownership of what you ship;
- Experience building and deploying automated workflows or AI agents in a business context (LLM orchestration, tool-use, RAG, or similar);
- Ability to design and implement evaluation and test harnesses for non-deterministic systems;
