- Work directly with customers to understand their factories, processes, systems and operational challenges
- Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops and use-case definition with engineering, operations and IT teams
- Translate manufacturing problems into practical AI agents, workflows and technical solutions
- Build, configure and deploy agents for production, quality, maintenance, logistics and engineering use cases
- Integrate industrial and enterprise data from PLCs, OPC UA, MQTT, SCADA, historians, MES, ERP, QMS, CMMS, databases and APIs
