Swim Success is a personalized swimming training app used by athletes around the world. We're backed by one of the largest swimming communities on social media - 30M+ monthly views across platforms - and a fast-growing user base that trains with us every day.
The app was founded by Andrii Khloptsov, a Ukrainian professional swimmer and World Junior Champion. We're a small, fast-moving international team building something real athletes open every single day. You won't be a cog in a machine here - you'll have direct impact on the product from day one.
What you'll be doing - Building and improving the iOS/Android app in Flutter - Implementing new features across the full mobile experience - onboarding, training plans, athlete profiles, stats, and more - Working closely with the backend (REST API) and contributing to UI/UX decisions - Owning your features end-to-end: from design handoff to App Store/Play Store - Figuring out new things as the product grows - we move fast and the roadmap is always evolving
What we're looking for - Solid Flutter & Dart - you've shipped something real - Basic understanding of native platforms (Android/Kotlin, iOS/Swift, UIKit) - enough to debug and not be afraid - Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, JSON - Ability to build reusable, clean widgets - A good eye for design - you notice when something looks off - Problem-solving mindset and genuine desire to learn - Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do next
Nice to have - Experience with sports or fitness apps - Basic Figma skills
