Що робити
- Collect and consolidate financial data from various sources (GL/ERP systems, departmental budgets, BI dashboards) into a unified reporting model, and verify its completeness and consistency before it goes into a report.
- Build and maintain reporting models in Excel / Google Sheets, including P&L and Cash Flow.
- Perform monthly variance analysis, identify key drivers behind deviations, and determine root causes of differences between actual results and budget/forecast.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and provide concise comments on key financial results for Finance and department heads.
- Calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) and participate in developing and improving business metrics.
Що очікуємо
- 1–3 years of experience in management reporting, financial or data analysis, controlling, audit, or accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Practical experience with reporting and working with large volumes of data.
- Understanding of basic financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow) and how revenue, costs, and profit are formed.
- Experience performing variance analysis and explaining the reasons behind changes in results.
