• Management & Financial Reporting: Own the preparation of monthly financial statements (P&L, BS, CF) and management reports, and take part in monthly financial reviews with the leadership team
• FP&A: Supporting monthly budget updates, conducting plan vs. actual analyses, and helping prepare annual budgets and financial models
• Accounting & Audit Support: Organization of financial documentation, review of financial statements and tax declarations, coordination with external accountants, and support during audit processes
• Payroll & Compensation: Support in payroll processing, and ensuring up-to-date and accurate compensation-related data across systems
• Legal & Admin Support: Drafting and reviewing financial sections of contracts, and preparing documentation for board meetings, preparing and reviewing contracts
