Що робити
- Issue client invoices, track incoming payments, and manage accounts receivable.
- Process payments to team members, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor bank balances and cash flow, and plan upcoming payments.
- Maintain financial records and categorize expenses in QuickBooks and Google Sheets.
- Prepare regular financial reports for the CEO.
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience in financial operations, including invoicing, payments, accounts receivable, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience working with US-registered companies, including independently preparing and submitting company reporting through online services.
- Practical knowledge of QuickBooks and Google Sheets.
- Experience managing multiple bank accounts, payment platforms, and international transactions.
- Working knowledge of W-8/W-9 documentation.
