We’re looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join our global Finance team and take ownership of invoicing, collections, and contract compliance processes.
This role combines hands-on finance operations with continuous process improvement and automation. You’ll start by managing billing, accounts receivable, and contract validation while gradually taking ownership of improving and automating these processes.
You’ll work with an established ecosystem of Excel tools and Power Automate workflows, helping optimize and extend existing automation rather than building everything from scratch. As the role evolves, you’ll have the opportunity to move beyond day-to-day execution and play a key role in improving how our finance operations work.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices across multiple legal entities and currencies in accordance with contractual billing schedules and milestones
Validate invoices against contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing, and billing schedules before issuance
Monitor accounts receivable, track outstanding balances, and proactively follow up on overdue payments
Maintain and improve the AR collection tracker while gradually automating reporting and follow-up processes
Support contract review and approval workflows, ensuring billing and payment terms are accurately reflected
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Sales teams to resolve billing and contract-related issues
Support month-end close activities related to billing and revenue recognition
Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, reduce manual work, and increase operational efficiency
Contribute ideas that improve billing accuracy, collections, and the overall customer experience
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Contract Administration, or Finance Operations
Strong written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with international stakeholders
Experience working with ERP or billing systems (QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
Strong Excel skills, including SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, and working with large datasets
Solid understanding of the Contract-to-Cash process and how contract terms translate into billing and revenue
Experience improving or automating business processes, with examples of measurable impact
High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with deadlines, multiple currencies, and financial data
Curiosity about automation and continuous process improvement
A proactive mindset with the ability to combine operational execution and independent problem solving
