- Genuine interest in learning workflow automation and reporting tools (Power Automate, Power BI, or similar) — no prior experience required, but real curiosity is
- Comfort with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for everyday productivity is a plus
- Familiarity with DocuSign or contract lifecycle management tools is a plus
