- Financial Closing & Reporting:
- Manage the monthly financial closing process and ensure accurate and timely financial results.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including payroll, invoicing, commissions, and operational financial records.
- Manage client billing and support accurate revenue recognition.
- Coordinate payroll processes, compensation calculations, and related financial obligations.
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance; experience in the IT industry would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of management accounting, P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting, payroll calculations, AR/AP, and cash flow management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work confidently with large amounts of financial data.
