- Manage day-to-day accounting for the U.S. company and maintain bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
- Process and manage invoices, payments, and accounting documentation
- Prepare financial reports, including P&L and cash flow statements
- Develop and maintain budgets; monitor expenses, track plan vs. actual, and explain variances
- Prepare regular cash flow forecasts and plan liquidity across entities
Що очікуємо
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Finance Manager, Accountant, or Chief Accountant
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow forecasting
- Practical experience with QuickBooks Online, including bank feeds, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and multi-sheet data management
