We’re building a fintech company designed to disrupt a $50B industry — and as we scale toward a future US IPO, financial accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness become mission-critical.
Our product is focused on transaction routing and load balancing across multiple Merchant IDs, optimizing approval rates and maximizing customer LTV by intelligently separating low-risk and high-risk transaction flows.
This is not just an operations role. This is about building and maintaining a finance function that can withstand scrutiny at the highest level — while staying tightly aligned with real transaction flows and revenue logic.
We’re looking for a Finance Manager with a strong audit and reconciliation focus to ensure our financials are clean, compliant, and fully aligned with payment processor data.
Your Scope:
Ownership and coordination of internal and external audits
Full responsibility for transaction, traffic, and commission reconciliation (bank / payment processors)
Ensuring full audit readiness across all financial processes
Maintaining accuracy of P&L and Balance Sheet
Supporting compliance, reporting standards, and financial controls
Oversight of payroll processes to ensure correctness and alignment with financial records
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage audit processes end-to-end (internal & external)
Reconcile transaction volumes, revenues, and commissions across multiple payment processors
Ensure alignment between internal data, processor reports, and financial statements
Identify gaps, discrepancies, and risks in financial and operational data flows
Implement and maintain strong financial controls and reconciliation processes
Prepare financial data, documentation, and reports for audits
Ensure all financial records are structured, transparent, and audit-ready at any time
Collaborate closely with leadership and operations to maintain financial discipline at scale
You’re a Strong Fit If:
You have solid experience with audits (external/internal) and reconciliations
You understand how payment flows, processors, and transaction data impact financial reporting
You’re detail-oriented, structured, and uncompromising on accuracy
You’re comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
You take ownership of financial integrity, not just processes
Nice to Have:
Experience in fintech, payments, or high-volume transaction environments
Exposure to IPO preparation or working with regulated environments
Experience with multi-entity or international financial structures
This role is about control, precision, and trust — ensuring the company’s financial foundation is fully aligned with real transaction flows and strong enough to scale and stand up to any level of scrutiny.
