Що робити
- Contract Negotiation & Risk Management:
- Review and redline client changes to DICEUS standard contract templates (MSA, SaaS/License agreements, SOW, SLA).
- Check each deal against internal risk checklists prior to execution.
- Negotiate key commercial and liability terms, including limitations of liability, indemnities, client insurance requirements (cyber, E&O, additional insured), and termination clauses.
- Handle data protection matters, including DPAs and client security requirements.
Що очікуємо
- Must-Have:
- Proven experience with commercial and technology contracts governed by US law (SaaS, software licensing, MSAs).
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with the ability to explain complex legal positions clearly on live client calls.
- Availability to join client calls scheduled within the core ET window (8:00–17:00 ET, with rare calls up to 20:00 ET).
- High responsiveness (same-day acknowledgment of requests and redlines within 2 business days).
