- Product Lifecycle Management
- Own the end-to-end technology lifecycle of assigned products, from concept through end of life.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and success metrics.
- Develop a deep domain understanding and employ data‑driven decision making in product planning, scope decisions, tradeoff discussions and more.
- Product Planning & Prioritization
Що очікуємо
- Technical education — preferably in avionics, electronics, mechatronics, radio engineering, or related fields.
- Experience and understanding of hardware product development and design.
- Experience managing technical teams, including task allocation, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
- An understanding of typical challenges faced by developers at different stages of product creation.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
