People Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, mentor, motivate and develop engineers within assigned disciplines.
Conduct coaching, career development, performance management, and succession planning activities.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing engineering talent.

Що очікуємо

Technical education — preferably in avionics, electronics, mechatronics, radio engineering, or related fields.
Experience and knowledge in hardware product development and design practices.
Demonstrated experience managing technical teams, including task allocation, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
Understanding challenges faced by developers at different stages of product creation.
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
