- Manage scope, expectations, and timelines — including the harder conversations when something slips.
- Send status updates clear enough that a client never has to ask where things stand.
- Notice when an engagement could grow, and act on it.

- An engineering or technical role earlier in your career.
- Experience writing SOWs and pricing consulting work.
- Experience with staff augmentation engagements alongside project delivery.
- A working sense of how AI agents, APIs, and infrastructure fit together.
