Must-haves: - At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Project Operations and/or PSA. - Strong capability to analyze business processes and translate them into system solutions. - Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, optimization and implementation activities. - Ability to work on both functional and technical aspects of projects. - Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing consulting skills. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Senior-level consulting experience and ability to work independently. - Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves: - Experience delivering large-scale Field Service or - Project Operations implementations. - Experience with PSA solutions. - Experience in international consulting environments. - Knowledge of CRM and Customer Engagement best practices. - Ability to advise on organizational change and process optimization. - Experience working in hybrid customer environments.
Furthermore: - Candidate should be willing to travel occasionally to the Netherlands for onsite meetings.
