- Higher technical or economic education
- English – Upper-intermediate or higher. All communications are in English
- 2+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (Sales) implementation
- Any other CE Applications (Customer service, Field Service, Marketing, etc.) will be a plus
- Experience in Power Platform LowCode/NoCode development (Dataverse tables, simple Work/Cloud flows, BPF, Forms, Business rules, Security role configuration)
