Our dispatcher team is the heart of daily operations. Now we are looking for a focused, calm, and responsible Team Lead Dispatchers to join us.
This is a leadership role, but it is also a hands-on operational position. You will not only coordinate the work of other dispatchers, but also be directly involved in daily dispatch operations: selecting trucks for orders, assigning field staff teams to jobs, coordinating crews, and making sure every order is properly covered and executed. This role requires a high level of responsibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to make quick, independent decisions in dynamic situations.
Conditions & Requirements
Remote job: You need a laptop or PC with two monitors, stable internet, and a headset.
Salary: $1400 during trial period (2 months), then $1600/month.
Schedule : 11:00 AM — 9:00 PM EST (18:00 — 04:00 Kyiv time), Monday to Saturday (usually 2 days off per week). Lunch break: 30 minutes (flexible).
English level: B2+ — you must understand clients and give calm and clear answers when something changes.
Training and support from the team.
Work in CRM and other modern tools.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
This is not just about managing people. As a Team Lead Dispatchers, you will be the pulse of daily operations: coordinating the dispatcher team, participating in dispatch planning, managing complex situations, and ensuring high service quality.
Your day (or evening) may look like this:
Planning and coordinating the dispatcher team’s workflow: assigning tasks based on dispatcher workload, strengths, and current operational priorities.
Participating in daily dispatch operations: selecting trucks for orders, assigning field staff teams to jobs, and making sure each order has the right crew and vehicle.
Distributing field staff teams across orders based on schedule, location, job complexity, availability, and operational needs.
Monitoring whether orders are properly covered: team assigned, truck assigned, notes updated, and all key details checked.
Supporting dispatchers during busy hours, complex jobs, delays, changes, or unexpected situations.
Monitoring task completion and quality of service.
Adapting and training new dispatchers: giving instructions, explaining processes, providing feedback, and supporting their growth.
Participating in creating and documenting processes that are missing or need improvement.
Maintaining constant communication with dispatchers and other departments: Sales, Customer Support, HR, drivers, and field staff.
Resolving non-standard situations: vehicle breakdowns, delays, staffing shortages, schedule changes, client issues, or team replacements.
Updating CRM and reports: tracking orders, comments, payments, fines, tolls, vehicle maintenance alerts, and other operational details.
Suggesting process improvements to increase speed, structure, and quality of operations.
Supporting team morale: motivating, praising, and helping colleagues during peak hours.
