Що робити
- Plan and run our inbound content calendar across the blog, LinkedIn.
- Produce content with AI tools from research to publication, and personally own the quality, accuracy and brand voice of the final result.
- Interview our recruiters, sourcers and technical interviewers and turn their expertise into content that feels real, not generic AI text.
- Publish and maintain content in WordPress.
- Apply SEO to articles and landing pages, track results in Google Analytics and HubSpot, and improve content based on the data.
Що очікуємо
- 6+ months of hands-on experience in content or digital marketing, ideally in B2B tech, IT services or HR-tech/recruitment.
- Strong written English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). You can take an article, case study or whitepaper from idea to finished piece.
- Real, daily experience with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) for research, writing and editing. You understand prompting, context and iteration, and you can tell when AI output is weak and why.
- Experience with AI image generation tools.
- Basic design skills.
