- Team development — around 30% of your time:
- Develop engineers through regular feedback, mentoring, and individual development plans;
- Participate in hiring and building a strong Platform Engineering team;
- Define technical standards and ensure they are followed;
- Manage priorities between product team requests and platform development, helping the team stay focused;
Що очікуємо
- Experience leading a team of DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineers;
- Hands-on experience with AWS, including EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, and S3;
- Production experience with Kubernetes, including Helm, Ingress, StatefulSets, and Operators;
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm;
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or similar tools and a good understanding of GitOps principles;
