About the Role
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our technology team supporting a large-scale, multi-entity enterprise environment. You’ll own the infrastructure, automation, and delivery pipelines that power our internal platforms and integrations — working across cloud (Azure/GCP), containerized workloads, and enterprise systems (SAP, NestJS-based services, and internal tooling). This is a senior, hands-on role with real architectural ownership: you’ll shape how we build, secure, and scale our platform, not just maintain what already exists.
What You’ll Do
DevOps & GitOps: Build and manage infrastructure with Terraform/Pulumi; run GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux.
Kubernetes: Deploy and operate k8s in production, manage Helm charts, and configure service meshes (Istio/Linkerd) as needed.
CI/CD & Security: Build pipelines with embedded security gates (SAST/DAST, container scanning, IaC checks); triage vulnerabilities and handle patching cadences.
Platform Engineering: Build self-service developer tooling and golden paths to simplify deployments for app teams.
AIOps & AI Tools: Use AI for anomaly detection and self-healing; leverage AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) daily.
Observability & FinOps: Instrument metrics, logs, and traces without alert noise; track cloud spend and set up cost guardrails.
MLOps Support: Prepare infra for AI models and agentic workflows (registries, workload identity, sandboxing).
Cross-team Leadership: Bridge dev, sec, and ops; guide architecture decisions and communicate trade-offs clearly.
What You Bring
Experience: 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform roles, with 2+ years leading systems and on-call.
Cloud: Azure or GCP preferred (AWS is a plus); deep knowledge of IAM, networking, and Workload Identity.
Core Tech: Docker, production Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and GitOps.
