- Lead and mentor the design team within the Email Marketing Department
- Set and maintain visual, layout, and UX standards for newsletters, landing pages, and email assets
- Review, QA, and approve design outputs before launch
- Implement and scale AI tools for design generation, iteration, and optimization
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in design (web, email, or digital marketing focus)
- Proven experience leading or mentoring designers
- Strong understanding of email design, newsletter layouts, and performance-driven visuals
- Hands-on experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Practical experience using AI tools for design, ideation, or production
