We’re not looking for a manager who used to design. We’re looking for a designer who knows how to lead. We need a Design Director who can be the bridge between our clients, our team, and the business — someone who shapes not just pixels, but strategy.
What You’ll Do ⚡
Partner with the CEO and Delivery Director on strategic decisions and agency growth
Lead and mentor Design Leads and the broader design team — set the quality bar, build the culture
Join client calls to represent design at a strategic level: discovery, presentations, key decisions
Own the design process end-to-end — from how we scope projects to how we deliver and iterate
Drive design system thinking across client projects and internal standards
Participate in hiring and team building as the agency scales
Champion UX, accessibility, and performance as non-negotiables
What We’re Looking For 🔍
5–7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or director role
Proven track record working in or leading design at a digital agency
Strong client communication skills — you can run a room and build trust
Deep expertise in Figma and modern design tooling
Strategic thinking: you connect design decisions to business outcomes
Confident in English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
Portfolio demonstrating leadership impact, not just craft
Would be cool if you also 😎
Experience with AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Figma Make, Claude, Codex) is a plus
Have a background in product strategy or service design
Have run or scaled a design team from the ground up
