Що робити
- Develop and continuously refine the outbound strategy: ICP definition, channel prioritization, messaging angles, and sequencing logic.
- Build and manage the full sending infrastructure from scratch: domains, DNS configuration, mailbox warm-up, rotation schedules, and volume management.
- Manage a portfolio of LinkedIn accounts — monitoring health, profile content, activity limits, and more.
- Design and run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn) targeting SMB accounts.
- Write outreach copy (cold emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-up sequences) and continuously iterate based on performance.
Що очікуємо
- 3–6+ years of experience in outbound sales / SDR/BDR / lead generation/growth.
- 2+ years experience working in B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven experience with cold outreach via LinkedIn and email at scale.
- Strong understanding of email infrastructure: domains, mailboxes, warm-up, deliverability, spam avoidance.
- Experience managing or working with multiple LinkedIn accounts (including scaling outreach safely).
