We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will take ownership of our delivery processes, lead Project Managers, support presales, and ensure successful cooperation with our clients. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on project success, customer satisfaction, and company growth.
What you’ll do
Own the end-to-end delivery process across multiple client projects.
Lead and mentor Project Managers, helping them grow and solve complex delivery challenges.
Monitor project health, timelines, budgets, profitability, and delivery quality.
Build strong relationships with clients, proactively managing expectations and resolving escalations.
Participate in presales activities, including discovery calls, estimations, proposals, and delivery planning.
Collaborate closely with the CEO, Sales, HR, and Engineering teams.
Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Improve delivery standards, processes, templates, and reporting.
Drive continuous improvements across delivery operations.
Support company growth by scaling teams and improving operational efficiency.
What we’re looking for
4+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Senior Project Management, or similar leadership roles.
Previous experience in an IT outsourcing company is required.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
Experience working directly with international clients.
Hands-on experience with presales activities, project estimations, and solution planning.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
Nice to have
Technical background (Software Engineering, Architecture, Business Analysis, or Development).
Experience working with AI-related projects.
Experience building or improving delivery processes.
Experience managing delivery metrics, utilization, profitability, and project forecasting.
