Що робити
- Own the successful delivery, financial performance, and growth of a portfolio of client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and primary point of contact.
- Drive account development by identifying growth opportunities, supporting contract renewals, and contributing to business expansion initiatives.
- Participate in pre sales activities, helping shape delivery approaches, resource plans, and commercially viable solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop delivery teams, fostering high engagement, performance, and professional growth.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Account Management or similar leadership roles within IT services or software development.
- Experience managing multiple clients, projects, or accounts simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery practices.
- Strong financial awareness.
