Що робити

Project Planning and Delivery: define project scope, objectives, and success criteria; create and manage detailed project plans and timelines.
Resource and Budget Management: allocate resources effectively, optimize budget usage, and ensure proper alignment with project needs and goals.
Team Leadership and Management: directly manage the consulting delivery team, including Lead BA, Lead Architect, Lead Consultant, QA specialists, and PMs; conduct regular team performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career development initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: provide regular updates to both the stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility into project progress and status.
Quality Control and Performance Monitoring: implement quality assurance measures, track project performance, and ensure adherence to Redtag’s delivery standards.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in delivery management (preferably in the tech industry), focusing on consulting or client-facing projects. Sufficient experience as a Project Manager.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
Good decision-making, business acumen and result-orientation.
