About the client
Our client s a B2B SaaS platform for creator vetting, risk monitoring, and brand safety in influencer marketing. We help brands and agencies make smarter, faster decisions before and after they sign a creator. We're a small, high-output team - everyone owns real work and moves fast.
What you'll own
● Delivery coordination across engineering, product, and client-facing workstreams - keeping sprints on track and blockers surfaced early ● Jira hygiene - story creation, release version management, AC quality, and sprint health across active PLG and client delivery releases ● Client project execution - coordinating structured engagements (discovery, build sprints, handoffs) for agency and brand partners ● Stakeholder communication - release notes, sprint summaries, and status updates that are clear and actually get read ● Process improvement - spotting where the team loses time and fixing it, whether that's a workflow, a template, or a missing ritual ● Cross-functional glue - keeping product, engineering, delivery, and marketing aligned without creating overhead ● Engineering management support - working closely with the lead engineer and delivery manager to track capacity, flag risks, and keep engineering output predictable ● BA and product collaboration - translating business requirements into structured briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineers can act on without back-and-forth ● Prototyping coordination - scoping and managing low-fidelity prototype cycles in Figma, bridging the gap between product ideas and build-ready specs
What good looks like
● You've shipped SaaS products in a fast-moving startup environment ● You're comfortable owning Jira end-to-end - not just updating tickets but structuring work properly ● You write clearly and don't need a template to send a useful status update ● You ask sharp questions early instead of surfacing problems late ● You know the difference between process that helps and process that slows people down
● You've done BA or PM work before - writing requirements, facilitating discovery, and translating fuzzy asks into scoped deliverables ● You've coordinated prototyping or design sprints and know how to keep them from spiraling ● You can hold your own in a conversation with engineers - you don't need to code, but you need to understand what's being built and why it's hard
Stack you'll work in
● Jira ● Confluence ● Slack ● Figma ● Customer.io ● Google Drive, and whatever the team is building toward next Nice to have ● Experience coordinating SaaS or data platform builds ● Exposure to influencer marketing, brand safety, or creator economy ● Comfort working with or adjacent to engineering teams (you don't need to code, but you need to understand what engineers are doing) ● Background in business analysis or product management (formal or informal) ● Experience running or supporting prototyping sprints with design and engineering
What we offer
● Direct access to founders and real influence on how the product and team scales ● Small team means your work visibly matters ● Remote, async-friendly, no bureaucratic nonsense
