We are looking for a Delivery Manager who sees delivery as a strategic capability rather than a project management function. The ideal candidate is someone who can create predictability, alignment, and execution excellence in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. They understand that successful delivery is not about tracking tasks or managing Jira boards, but about enabling teams to consistently achieve business outcomes while maintaining engineering quality and platform stability.
This person is expected to act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering, building trust, improving collaboration, and helping teams navigate complexity and change. They are comfortable taking ownership, driving improvements, and challenging the status quo when needed. We are looking for someone who approaches delivery proactively rather than reactively, identifies risks before they become problems, and continuously looks for ways to improve processes, team effectiveness, and organizational performance.
What you’ll be doing
— Establish and maintain predictable delivery processes, ensuring teams can reliably plan and execute work within quarterly planning horizons;
— Drive effective prioritization and change management practices, ensuring shifting business priorities are handled in a structured way without creating chaos or overloading teams;
— Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and systemic issues, and lead initiatives to reduce incidents, recurring problems, and operational inefficiencies;
— Partner with engineering leadership to ensure technical debt is visible, prioritized, and managed appropriately, enabling sustainable platform growth and long-term delivery effectiveness;
— Foster healthy, high-performing teams by promoting sustainable ways of working, improving team engagement, and preventing burnout caused by constant firefighting;
— Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure roadmap commitments are delivered effectively and generate measurable business impact;
— Improve delivery transparency through meaningful metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping teams and stakeholders make informed decisions;
— Drive cross-functional alignment across teams, ensuring dependencies, priorities, and delivery expectations are clearly communicated and managed.
You have these superpowers
— 5+ years of experience in delivery or engineering leadership roles such as Delivery Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar positions, with a solid understanding of how software development operates at scale;
— Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to adapt frameworks to the actual needs of the organization. We value a focus on predictability, delivery flow, and business outcomes rather than strict adherence to Agile ceremonies or methodologies;
— Good understanding of engineering processes and software development lifecycle, including architecture, CI/CD, QA, and DevOps practices. Ability to communicat
