Що робити
- 🔹 Coordinate the release process: communicate release start, progress, and completion, and keep engineers aligned on the current status.
- 🔹 Manage release and post-release activities.
- 🔹 Monitor systems during releases, analyze monitoring data, and provide feedback on potential issues.
- 🔹 Perform initial analysis of production issues and escalate them to the responsible teams.
- 🔹 Create and maintain release procedures and technical instructions for individual services.
Що очікуємо
- 🔸 2+ years of experience in a technical role such as QA Engineer, Delivery Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Monitoring Specialist, or similar.
- 🔸 Experience working with logs and analytical data.
- 🔸 Understanding of client-server architecture and the ability to explain it in simple terms.
- 🔸 Understanding of CI/CD, its purpose, and key benefits.
- 🔸 Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and task management tools such as Jira or Trello.
