Що робити
- Own a portfolio of around 40 client accounts, including revenue, margin, forecasting, retention, and growth
- Protect existing revenue by driving renewals, reducing churn risk, and keeping key accounts healthy
- Identify, frame, and help close upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales
- Build trusted executive relationships with clients and own a closed-loop process for client feedback and NPS
- Manage delivery economics, including utilization, staffing mix, and forecasting, to protect and improve profitability
