- Work in the management team as a full member of the team
- Work within the Agile environment to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development and ensure meeting committed timelines
- Lead Agile (Scrum) teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule
- Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and project progress
- Develop and implement standards for the development, deployment and delivery processes
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years of proven experience as Delivery Manager/Technical Project Manager/Delivery Director
- Technical background (Developer/BA/QA)
- Experience in application development or elsewhere in SDLC
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of different software development methodologies
Що пропонуємо
- Experience working in B2B SaaS / Telecom / Enterprise platforms
- Experience with Jira / Advanced Roadmaps / delivery analytics tools
- Experience building delivery processes at scale
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Ability to communicate in Ukrainian
