Що робити
- Serve as a full member of the management team, contributing to delivery strategy and execution planning
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of application development initiatives within an Agile environment
- Drive delivery excellence by implementing and improving delivery processes, standards, and governance frameworks
- Ensure delivery consistency through strong collaboration with Product, Account Management, and PMO teams
- Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, including dependencies, risks, scope, and resource constraints
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years of proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Delivery Director, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
- Strong technical background (Developer / BA / QA / Technical Lead experience preferred)
- Proven experience across the SDLC (application development, delivery, deployment, release management)
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and modern software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Experience managing complex cross-functional and distributed teams
