Що робити
- Ensure high email deliverability by managing authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, FBL, DNS).
- Monitor sender reputation and take proactive measures to prevent emails from landing in spam.
- Work with CRM & ESP platforms to automate, segment, and improve email campaigns.
- Implement warm-up strategies for domains and IPs to maintain and improve reputation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to DNS configurations, email authentication, and blacklist monitoring.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in email deliverability, CRM management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of email authentication settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS).
- Experience with ESPs and deliverability tools (SendGrid, Mailgun, Warmy, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Postmaster Tools, GlockApps, Inbox placement tests, blacklist monitoring).
- HTML & CSS skills for email template customization.
