Що робити
- Lead the rollout and optimization of Databricks services at the PwC account level.
- Implement advanced capabilities including Unity Catalog, AI/ML models, Delta Sharing, Automatic Identity Management (AIM/SCIM), and Budget Policies for cost governance and tagging.
- Collaborate with Databricks and PwC platform teams to enhance and enable secure data exchange.
- Support networking design and optimization across Databricks environments.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to refine user experience, service provisioning models, and upcoming Databricks capabilities.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud data platforms, or platform architecture.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks or comparable modern data platforms.
- Expertise in Unity Catalog, Delta Sharing, Compute (classic and serverless), Microsoft Entra ID (SCIM/AIM), and Azure networking.
- Strong understanding of data governance, access control models, and FinOps best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value.
