- Build, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports in Tableau to provide clear insights into business performance
- Use SQL to extract, analyse, and transform data into meaningful and actionable insights
- Work with APIs and different data sources to support accurate and reliable reporting
- Develop reporting around key business metrics, including customer retention, subscription performance, profitability, and forecasting
- Translate complex data into clear visualisations and insights that stakeholders can understand and act on
Що очікуємо
- Several years of experience as a BI Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a related role
- Previous experience working with DTC brands, ideally within a subscription-based business model
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with APIs
