- Process inbound leads and communicate with potential clients.
- Conduct initial consultations and identify customer needs.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process.
- Maintain effective communication throughout the onboarding journey.
- Achieve individual KPIs and performance goals.
Що очікуємо
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Success, Sales, Client Support, or Account Management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in FinTech or Financial Services will be an advantage.
