Що робити

  • Define and execute the overall CRM and Retention strategy across all products and markets.
  • Own customer lifecycle management from onboarding through retention, reactivation, and VIP engagement.
  • Develop segmentation, personalization, and automated customer journeys.
  • Drive retention, engagement, customer lifetime value (LTV), and player profitability.
  • Create and optimize multi-channel communication strategies across Email, SMS, Push, In-App Messaging, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other CRM channels.

Що очікуємо

  • 3+ years of CRM and Retention experience within iGaming.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or Head of CRM role.
  • Strong experience managing CRM operations for Sportsbook / Betting products.
  • Proven track record of improving retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
  • Experience managing CRM teams and multiple stakeholders.

Що пропонуємо

  • Experience launching CRM operations in new markets
  • Proven experience working with Tier 1 GEOs such as NL, GR, FR, DE.
  • Understanding of customer behavior within those markets.
  • Familiarity with compliance, responsible gambling, and market-specific CRM restrictions.
  • Experience adapting retention strategies to local customer preferences.
