About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Producer (Middle+) to build and scale high-performing advertising creatives for our brands.
You’ll research competitors, develop new creative concepts, write scripts, and manage the production process. You’ll also build an AI-first creative workflow to help us test more ideas, move faster, and improve advertising performance.
What You’ll Do
• Generate 20–30 new ad concepts per week. • Research competitors, ad libraries, and global creative trends. • Develop scripts and briefs for UGC and AI-generated ads. • Manage Motion Designers, UGC Creators, and external contractors. • Build a systematic process for creative production, testing, and analysis. • Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data. • Use AI tools to accelerate creative production.
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in Creative Production, Creative Strategy, or Performance Creative. • Strong understanding of performance marketing, especially Meta and TikTok. • Experience creating and scaling paid advertising creatives. • Ability to write compelling scripts and production briefs. • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Kling, or ElevenLabs. • Understanding of creative performance metrics: CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, Thumb Stop Rate, CPA, and ROAS. • Strong research skills, speed, creativity, and ownership. • A testing mindset and the ability to work independently.
Nice to have: Experience in DTC/eCommerce or mobile apps, UGC production, AI video, Shopify, and direct response marketing.
