Що робити
- Generate and develop creative concepts and marketing hypotheses for paid advertising campaigns;
- Create clear and detailed briefs for motion designers and graphic designers;
- Research competitors, target audiences, advertising trends, and successful creative approaches;
- Develop engaging hooks, advertising messages, scripts, and visual concepts for static and video creatives;
- Collaborate with Motion Designers, Graphic Designers, and Marketing Managers to bring creative ideas to life;
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience in Creative Marketing, Performance Marketing, Creative Production, or related fields;
- Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and how advertising creatives influence campaign results;
- Ability to generate creative ideas, develop marketing hypotheses, and translate them into clear briefs for designers and motion designers;
- Experience using AI tools for creative research, ideation, scripting, or content production;
- Understanding of effective ad creative principles: strong hooks, clear messaging, audience pain points, storytelling, and CTAs;
