Що робити
- Operate various AI tools to generate ad creatives (static & video): curate the outputs, guide the generation process, and make necessary adjustments, taking an end-to-end approach from the initial idea to final creative production (no designers involved).
- Investigate target audiences, competitor strategies, and current market trends to uncover new creative openings.
- Translate experiment outcomes into fresh hypotheses and outline subsequent testing initiatives.
- Critically review, read, and verify the analytics — make the final strategic decisions.
- Cooperate daily with the team to discuss acquisition results and business metrics, bringing new ideas and approaches to meet team goals.
Що очікуємо
- Experience working with mobile apps and building creative strategies for their promotion at scale, specifically focusing on web2app flow and META.
- Experience in creating creatives from scratch and utilizing AI tools for generation.
- Strong understanding of metrics, analysis, and the ability to draw conclusions for further actions.
- Growth mindset and extreme flexibility: being open-minded and adaptable to a fast-changing environment is your primary soft skill.
