Що робити

Collect and consolidate financial data from various sources (GL/ERP systems, departmental budgets) into a unified financial model.
Build and maintain financial models in Excel / Google Sheets, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet models.
Perform monthly variance analysis, identify key drivers behind deviations, and determine root causes of differences between actual results and budget/forecast.
Prepare Board-level reporting packages and provide concise insights and comments on key financial results for top management.
Calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) and participate in developing and improving business metrics.

Що очікуємо

3+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, controlling, or financial analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Practical experience with management reporting and financial modeling.
Strong understanding of financial statements and the relationship between P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP principles and understanding of the difference between management and statutory reporting.
