Що робити
- Draft and review commercial agreements, including PSP, payment, provider, affiliate, marketing, services, and NDA agreements.
- Support the company with Anjouan licence and regulatory matters.
- Review and update Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, AML/KYC, Responsible Gambling, and other website policies.
- Assist with compliance and due diligence requests from banks, PSPs, and other partners.
- Research gambling regulations and restrictions in different jurisdictions.
Що очікуємо
- Law degree.
- 1–3 years of legal experience.
- Experience with commercial contracts.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Practical and business-oriented approach.
