- Work with clients to draft regulatory compliance policies and related operating procedures
- Maintain and improve compliance frameworks aligned with sponsor bank requirements and
- regulatory guidance
- Conduct ongoing monitoring and testing, track identified issues, and support remediation
Що очікуємо
- Experience in fintech, financial services operations, compliance, risk, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, partner-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
