Що робити
- Build and develop the company’s Total Rewards framework, including compensation philosophy, policies, processes, and pay governance.
- Design, launch, and manage Salary Review cycles, compensation review processes, and bonus programs.
- Develop and continuously improve employee benefits and reward programs while evaluating their effectiveness.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, analyze market competitiveness, and provide compensation recommendations.
- Partner with HR Analytics to develop and interpret compensation metrics, including CompaRatio, Internal Equity, Salary Positioning, and other key indicators, to support business decisions.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
- Proven experience building Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards processes from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience designing and managing Salary Review cycles.
- Experience developing bonus programs, benefits policies, and conducting salary benchmarking.
- Strong understanding of compensation analytics, including CompaRatio, Internal Equity, Salary Positioning, and related metrics.
