- Manage daily communication across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and community platforms
- Reply to comments, messages, and community discussions in a friendly and authentic way
- Engage with relevant communities, creators, and conversations to increase brand visibility
- Moderate and grow online communities while maintaining a positive environment
- Organize community activities such as discussions, challenges, AMAs, and virtual events
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Management, Creator Relations, or similar roles
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable communicating on camera
- Experience managing online communities and social media engagement
Що пропонуємо
- Experience building or growing online communities
- Experience in DTC, wellness, lifestyle, creator economy, or startup environments
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics
- Content creation experience
